• Assembling a team of 6 employees including directors, consultants and office admin staff

• Facilitating a workshop with this team to understand the business’ current practices and priorities for the team moving forward

• Providing detailed recommendations including how to assess impact in the areas of:

  • Reduce Single-Use Plastic

  • Waste management & recycling

  • Supplier review

  • Carbon emissions

  • Corporate Social Responsibility

  • Communication & Education

  • Team engagement and Cultural change
