Project managed the Randstad Climate Change Council APAC for Randstad Sourceright:

Key achievements:

• Project Management and facilitation of an employee Green Team across Singapore, Malaysia, Australia and India

• Facilitated a workshop for the team to identify key high priority projects to deliver

• Designed a project management framework and supported the team to achieve their goals for the projects, including:

  • Arranging a number of beach and nature clean-ups across the region in line with Earth Day

  • Organising a virtual Sustainability Expo with a variety of guest speakers

  • Invited to act as a guest speaker for the Expo

  • Supporting the team to engage executive sponsorship locally to ensure long-term success of the program

  • Reviewing prizes for the employee recognition tool and swapping in more sustainable prizes, as well as a tree planted for every prize

  • Developing a self-assessment checklist for Home and Office to help people to reduce and remove single-use plastic

  • Support the team in discussions with building management to implement more sustainable initiatives

  • Developing an art and poetry competition to share sustainability-related messages

  • A communications campaign both via email and on their internal social media channel, Connect, to showcase the work being done by the team

• Supported leadership with research into a business development strategy in line with a values-led sustainability approach, including research on the value of bringing sustainability into business operations.
