About the Founder
Elly Both
Elly is an accomplished leader with a wealth of experience in project management, continuous improvement, and change management. Her unwavering commitment to the environmental and social facets of sustainability inspired her to establish Bright Green.
Her extensive corporate background includes pivotal roles such as Director of Continuous Improvement and Operational Excellence, where she led complex projects to enhance operational efficiency and excellence for high-profile clients. As Implementation Project Manager Asia, she played a vital role in continuous improvement and project management for large-scale talent acquisition projects. These experiences have honed her capacity to facilitate transformative change within organisations, a skill she now employs to help businesses transition to more sustainable practices.
